How and when did you get your idea or concept for the
business?
I like coffee, drinking coffee brings a smile to my face,
giving rise to a "Grin." Speaking of "Grind," it may start
with the beans needing grinding, yet its deeper essence lies on our daily
struggle in life. It's the effort we put
forth to achieve that very smile ("Grin").
What was your mission and vision?
My mission is to spread happiness, one cup of coffee at a
time. I believe that the simple act of sipping coffee brings joy to everyday
moments, connecting people with the warmth of life's pleasures. Just as we find
happiness in every sip, we strive to inspire individuals to grind for their
dreams and aspirations, empowering them to chase their goals with passion and
determination.
My vision at Grins & Grind is to be the symbol of
happiness and empowerment through coffee. We envision a world where the aroma
of freshly brewed coffee not only ignites smiles but also fuels the fire within
individuals to pursue their dreams relentlessly. As we blend the happiness of
coffee with the spirit of grinding for success, I am aiming to create a
community that finds inspiration, and accomplishment in every cup, encouraging
a journey of fulfillment and achievement.
What service(s) or product(s) do you offer?
Coffee hehehe
coffee beans, grounds, in drip bags and in tea bags
I also have cold brews and soon I will be serving hot
coffee brews too!
How do you advertise your business?
Online marketing like social media, i just also entered
my very first bazaar.
How do you advertise your product/service?
Same on how I advertise my business, it's more on online
marketing approach. I also leverage on reviews I received from my first
customers
Do you offer your business locally or international?
For now, it's locally, but dreaming is free so hopefully soon
i can serve internationally
Where do you usually sell your business?
For now, majority is online, next step on my end is to
have it on pop up setup.
What made you choose this type of business?
As a coffee lover, it's really one of my goals to have a
business model like this one.
Have you ever considered expanding your business?
Yes!!!!!
Have you ever turned down a client? Why?
Yes, since the schedule that the customer wants already
coincides with my other booked business schedule.
What is the toughest decision you had to make in the
last few months?
I'm still a beginner, and a startup so the biggest
decision that I made is to jump outside my comfort zone and start
entrepreneurship, which is very new to me, it never happened for now, hope
fully it won't.
If you had one piece of advice to someone just
starting out, what would it be?
Have a big and concrete dream, have faith in it, nurture
it unwaveringly, envision it daily and that's your biggest capital and it will
never runs out
