How and When did you get your idea or concept for the business?
I learned about it when blogging started to be kicking off on 2007. Its the start of the blogging boom. After college graduation, I decided to go full time.

What was your mission and vision?
Provide information online. And help businesses and brands to get the word out about their services and products. Also promote PH tourism.

What service(s) or product(s) do you offer?
Blogging, digital marketing, social media publishing and content creation.

How do you advertise your business?
I don't advertise, but the content that I made online taps clients to get my services.

How do you advertise your product/service?
Usually its on Blogs, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube. The most effective is that in every public speaking engagement, newspaper and TV feature or interview always land me a gig or a client.

Do you offer your business locally or international?
Yes. both

Where do you usually sell your business?
It's always online

What made you choose this type of business?
I already saw the future of it during the mid 90s, that the Internet will be the next big thing

Have you ever considered expanding your business?
I'm not sure. It will need a lot of responsibilities, but since I'm always solo and have some 2-3 crew, I'm not sure if I can do it, since expanding will require me more funding

Have you ever turned down a client? Why?
I turned down their offers if there's no value to my readers or to the public. The content that needed to be created can be hurtful to another brand or people. Or the content needed doesn't fit to my blog site.

What is the toughest decision you had to make in the last few months?
Retire or not. I'm not sure if I can retire now. I told them that I can retire myself or maybe retire the blog after it reached its 20th year anniversary on year 2023

Tell me about the last time a customer got angry with you. What happened?
It's not being angry, I set up a scheduled post on a wrong date and the content got posted before the embargo date. I'm glad that there's mobile now, I can edit and set the blog post to draft anytime and anywhere.

If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Don't be afraid. go with their visions and plan. but before that they need to research and learn more about their venture. Find their weaknesses and strengths. Don't be shy to ask questions.

Where can we contact you/ or your business?
