How and When did you get your idea or concept for the business?
I was a former helper/worker of the former owner of Osaka Sushi House and became very interested in this kind of business because of my passion in cooking and having great ideas to make it more appealing.
What was your mission and vision?
My mission and vision is to make a satisfying good service and meal to my customers in a friendly manner and in an affordable cost and to be able to make it worth recommended.

Offering different variety of sushi, hot meals and some selected Filipino dish.

What made you choose this type of business?
The first thing I consider was there is no competition among others and my special skill in cooking as this is my passion.

What is the toughest decision you had to make in the last few months?
Due to pandemic crisis, I was afraid of the instability but had decided to operate when it is allowed as long as observing the good and proper social distancing and application of Covid -19 advise.
Tell me about the last time a customer got angry with you. What happened?"
There was a misunderstanding in one of the ingredients in his order which is his fault because it was specified in the menu and there was a photo but he he did not object but when it was served already he declined.
If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Make sure to determine the market location, the kind of business and competitiveness and must have knowledge
